Middle School Sports

You must register to play Middle School Sports. Click here

Please fill out forms on DPS website. Students must have a physical and all forms signed to play.

Email or a physical copies are accepted. Families can obtain a physical through their family doctor, wellness centers such as Walgreens, or a Denver Health School-Based Center: School Based Clinics or the Denver West Clinic: 720-423-5456 by appointment.

Students must maintain eligibility to play. Students may only have 1 Failing grade or they will be ineligible

You must pay to play $25. There will not be a uniform issued to your child until all paperwork and payment is made to Areceli Silva-Hernandez in the WLA Main Office.
